Day 23: Waimea Valley waterfall and Don Quixote

Today Gordon and I went to Waimea Valley (our second trip here) to see the waterfall (it closed on us the last time we went). It was a two hours bus ride there (the Northshore area) and two hours back home. We went to AAA BBQ (a restaurant connected to Don Quixote super market) for dinner. Gordon had a plate lunch and I had two bbq cheese burger with a large raspberry ice tea. These pictures were the best I could do without an LCD screen and view finder.

  1. Very smooth Mr. James... pretend to take a picture of birds, but secretly take picture of a 13 year old, you sly dog. In the pics with the peacocks all fanned out, how tall is that? It looks freaking huge. Are peacocks like the pigeons of Hawaii? Or is it some sort of habitat/farm thing?
